CompuStyle's committment to excellence includes adhering to principles of integrity and morality in content and usage of the websites that we develop and host.  We also maintain  policy concerning copyright and liability.  We solicit the full cooperation of our clients in these areas, as follows:

It is our policy to respect internet copyright guidelines regarding image usage whereas proper credit will be noted  on the website. All images used on client website's are original CompuStyle graphics, are in the public domain or are  licensed for said  website use. We will place a complimentary “no right click” java script to discourage image piracy; although this cannot be guaranteed.

It is also our standard to be selective regarding the content of our client's websites. We maintain that anything objectional from a Judaeo-Christian standpoint including rude and/ or obscene language, pornography, WAREZ, and any other content that contradicts these values, and/or that we deem inapropriate will not be published to or hosted on the World Wide Web on CompuStyle’s server.  In addition, we reserve the right to remove any site that does not comply with these principles.

The ownership of the website belongs to the client and not to CompuStyle.  A statement of copyright (© yourdomain.com) will be applied to the website.  CompuStyle will place a small link/logo on each website acknowledging our business as the Website Developer/Web Host.  This will not be removed without the express permission of CompuStyle.  A link back to CompuStyle will be placed as a courtesy on the website offering and limited to viewer technical assistance.   CompuStyle will not be held responsible in any way upon any website changes that are made by another entity to a site that was originally developed by us. We are not responsible for our web user satisfaction beyond the basic functionality of the website.  If by rare occurance any of the following issues occur, CompuStyle will in no way be held liable for any legal issues pertaining to illegal content or misuse, breach in website security, software functionality, server malfunction, broken links/images/forms, website productivity, marketing endeavors, financial profit or loss, or your domain's customer and/or user satisfaction.
