* You may wish to provide a disclaimer to clarify any

* All images are either public domain, used with
permission
or license. Unless they are in the public domain, they may not be
reproduced or used in any form.
* CompuStyle holds a disclaimer and acceptable use policy which all
clients are expressly advised to be aware of. These explain our ideals

internet integrity and liability issues.

UPDATING YOUR SITE...
1. Client presents request in writing.
2. CompuStyle provides an itemized estimate
if
updates are expected to
be over $200; otherwise please ask.
3. Client "OKs" the estimate if necessary.
4. CompuStyle notifies client when updates
are
complete.
5. Client previews updates and gives final
approval before uploading.
6. CompuStyle will issue client invoice,
payable
upon completion of services.

BILLING POLICY:
We accept Checks, Money Orders, as well as eChecks &
Credit Card payments through PayPal. PayPal is our preferred
method of payment.
* Payment is due net 30 days from the date of the
invoice.
* Webhosting services are billed annually for the
webhosting
billing period.
* Website development fees are due 50% upon contract
initiation. Other items that may require a prepayment may also be
billed at this time (certain lisenced graphics, etc.). The
balance is due at site completion. The site will be uploaded to the
internet after full payment is made. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
* Down payment of initial website proposal indicates that policies have
been reviewed and agreed to and that project described in proposal has
been approved and entered into contract.
