The design and development of your site is an intricate process.
That is why CompuStyle is pleased to outline for you our Five Step
Process so that you will be informed about what to expect as your
custom website is developed. This is our typical pattern and may
fluctuate some as each project is unique; however we hope this will
give you a general idea of what you can expect along the way.

- Gathering
Ideas & Information
Initial
Consultation

Discuss your web design concept and
purpose with our WebStylist including size of site, special features,
and layout.
Get aquainted with CompuStyle's
policies and procedures.
Choose a web design package that
suits your needs..
Choose your domain name.
Gather the information on your web
development checklist for content.

- Planning Your
Website
Consultation
#2
(sometimes combined with #1)
Plan the layout of your website by
diagramming a site map based on the pages you will need and how they
will be interconnected.
Communicate your package particulars
such as theme, content, graphics, page length, functionality, budget,
expectations, etc.
Submit the content & material
you gathered for your site (checklist).
Based on this consultation an
estimate of your custom website will be presented to you.
Approve Website Proposal, review
CompuStyle's disclaimer, and sign Client Agreement Form.
Arrange website hosting with
CompuStyle.
Make down payment of 50% plus any
expenses that may require prepayment (special graphics, etc.).
CompuStyle will register your domain
name.
THE CREATIVE PROCESS...

#3
- Putting It All
Together
The
webstylists at CompuStyle are busy building your site, including
HTML/CSS coding, custom graphics, text editing/copywriting, and other
custom items as were prearranged.
Along the way you may be consulted
occasionally regarding questions, concerns, and ideas.
Your website will be available for a
preview in CompuStyle's Client Support Center so you can offer feedback
and ultimately approval of the finished site.
CompuStyle will make any necessary
adjustments and complete any final preparations necessary for loading
website to the internet.
PUBLISHING
YOUR
SITE...
Step
#4
- Going Live!
You
offer your final approval on the site.
Webspace is secured.
CompuStyle will upload your website
to the internet via FTP.
Your site will be tested for
functionality, website refinement, and browser compatability.
CompuStyle will make initial website
submittal to search engines.
Discuss marketing strategies with
CompuStyle.
Discuss site maintenance with
CompuStyle.
Final payment is due upon completion
of site.
NOW
THAT YOU ARE ON THE WEB...

- Management &
Marketing
Web Hosting: A monthly
webspace rental fee is required to obtain space for your website to be
hosted on the the internet.
Promote your site:
CompuStyle will be happy to consult with you about marketing strategies
including publicizing your website.
Manage your site: Keep your
site well maintained and your information current and interesting.
Connect: Be sure to link to
other websites and social networking avenues.
Pass the word: If you are
satisfied with CompuStyle's services, please spread the word!
